When you’re at Yondah Beach House, you really won’t believe you’re only 3 hours from Adelaide! Located on the tip of South Australia’s beautiful Yorke Peninsula with panoramic sea views to Kangaroo Island, Yondah is only 26km from the popular seaside town of Marion Bay and one of South Australia’s tourism jewels, the spectacular Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park.

From the entrance gate, a gravel all-weather track leads to the house which is located at the ‘ocean’ end of the property. As this is about 1km from the main road, the only sounds you’ll hear during your holiday are birdsong and the sea. There’s a large gravelled parking area adjacent to the entry deck, with room for 3 to 4 cars.

The living room features a soaring 4m curved ceiling, a romantic open fire, air conditioning, and a SmartTV with Blu-Ray DVD player and internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, a full-size fridge, and a front-loading washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there are BBQ facilities, 5 separate decks with sensational views in every direction and an outdoor hot water shower. The house is serviced by mains power, solar power, a Tesla storage battery, rain water, and free NBN satellite internet.

Yondah sleeps up to 8 guests in three spacious queen bedrooms, each with a supremely comfy queen-size Sealy Posturepedic bed dressed in quality hotel-style linen, a sparkling ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, smartTV, and private deck with an ocean or garden view. Bedrooms 1 and 2 also feature a fold-out innerspring bed (cleverly disguised as an ottoman) which can sleep a third person in each of these bedrooms. The queen-size bed in Bedroom 3 can split into two single beds as required. We can also supply a free portable cot and high chair on request.
